A Bridal Portrait Session at the Aga Khan Museum | Toronto wedding Photographer

The Aga Khan Museum, in Toronto, is one of those locations that I’ve always want to shoot portraits. Clean stone walls, a glass-topped pyramid, still reflecting pools, and rows of lavender made a perfect backdrop for a morning bridal portrait session.

We started early, when the sun was low and the light came in hard and graphic. The timber beams threw long diagonal shadows across the stone, and the reflecting pools doubled everything: the building, the gown, and the couple walking past. A dress change partway through gave us a second look, and a pair of paper parasols added pops of pink and blue against the deep blue sky.

Then we played. Backlight, lens flare, a little motion blur, and a few bold compositions turned a beautiful location into something that feels like it could only belong to these two.

If you're planning a wedding in Toronto, the GTA, or anywhere across Southern Ontario and you want photography that captures your day as it naturally unfolds, I'd love to connect and hear your story.
